We finished half of the cheese and the wine and decided it was too good not to share, so we invited our neighbors over the next day. We polished off the remainder of the wine and cheese which blew my neighbors away. The wine was a perfect match to the cheese, we paired it with some Gala apple slices and a home made Italian olive loaf foccacia, wonderful stuff.
