What makes us unique?

 Love to explore great wines from the United States and around the world? We know you’d rather taste the world than limit yourself to a few vineyards. Unfortunately, most winery clubs buy their wines in bulk and can only send you product from their limited portfolio.

 

Cheese of the month clubs, on the other hand, may send you cheeses from around the world, but offer up generic wine recommendations and leave members interested in pairing wine with gourmet foods to fend for themselves.

 

And cheese and wine gift baskets use basic principles to pair wine and cheese and generally only have a few selections.

 

Pairings Wine & Cheese is different. We’re connoisseurs of pleasing taste buds and we do so by selecting incredible wines from the world’s best vineyards and then personally tasting them with an array of magnificent artisan cheeses. We taste and sip, sip and taste until we find the perfect wine and cheese taste combination that’s guaranteed to make everyone smile.

 

It’s a painstaking process that results in a wonderfully unique wine and food experience for our customers.

 

We’re not here to teach you rules of cheese and wine pairing. When it comes to great taste, we believe that there are no rules. What we do, however, is share each and every story behind the passionate artisan wine and cheese makers and invite you into their world.

 

The experience doesn’t end after the last drop of wine has been poured and the final piece of cheese has been sliced. Our Á la Wine & Cheese Carte selections change monthly and are available to order at any time. Our One & One and Two & Two Clubs ship our expertly paired selection every other month.
