We select only the finest quality artisan wines and cheeses. We offer an elegant, simple and quality shopping experience for our Á la Carte Wine & Cheese pairings, our Club selections and our wine and cheese accessories. We package and ship our cheese and wine pairings to preserve their artisan flavors and freshness so that your wine and cheese pairing reaches you as fresh as when it left us. And we are always available to answer questions about the best ways to enjoy your paired cheese and wine selections.

Our Customer Satisfaction Promise
At Pairings Wine & Cheese, your satisfaction is paramount. We are confident that you will enjoy your wine and cheese pairings and accessories as much as we do. And we are committed to you ensuring that you receive your wine and cheese order in excellent condition. Please inspect your package as soon as you receive it. If you have any concerns about your gourmet wine and cheese order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your wine and cheese package. We will work closely with you to ensure that you’re more than satisfied.

Ordering and Shipping
Whether you’re enjoying our cheese and win selection alone or having a large cheese and wine tasting party, freshness and quality are crucial to a perfect wine and cheese pairing experience. That’s why all wine and cheese orders are shipped using packaging and delivery times that preserve freshness and quality.

One & One and Two & Two Wine & Cheese Club Shipments
All Club wine and cheese pairings ship six times yearly – in mid-February, mid-April, early-June, mid-September, early-November and mid-December. You will receive an email two weeks before your wine and cheese pairings shipment date. If you have any changes to your delivery address or will be unavailable to receive your delivery, please let us know at least five days prior to your shipment date so that we can take care of making alternate arrangements.

À la Wine & Cheese Carte and Wine & Cheese Accessories Shipments
In order to maintain the quality and freshness of our artisan cheese and wine products, we will ship your order according to the following schedule:

Orders placed on Monday and Tuesday will ship within 24 hours, using your choice of overnight or 2-day delivery.
Orders placed on Wednesday will ship within 24 hours, but only if you select overnight delivery. If you select 2-day delivery, you order will ship the following Monday.
Orders placed on Thursday, Friday Saturday or Sunday will ship the following Tuesday, using your choice of overnight or 2-day delivery.

You may select either overnight or two day delivery during the checkout process. Shipping costs will be calculated and added to your order at the time of checkout

Information for All Shipments
In an effort to maintain freshness and quality of our gourmet food items and to ensure that your shipment is not held by our delivery carrier over the weekend, we do not ship Fridays.

Please note that we only ship our cheese and wine pairings to residential or commercial addresses in the United States. We do not ship internationally, to PO Boxes or to APO/FPO addresses.

All wine and cheese pairings packages are shipped with a “Perishable” label on the box. The delivery carrier will be notified that the contents are perishable. We require an adult signature in order to release your package.

Please provide us with a correct address where the recipient or other responsible person will be available to sign for and properly receive your gourmet cheese and wine order. We are not able to replace cheeses that may not survive a delayed delivery because of an incorrect address.

Our Packaging
All of our wine and cheese shipments are packed with care using materials and containers that can be recycled to help protect the environment. We’re also dedicated to making sure that your order reaches you or your gourmet cheese and wine gift recipient as fresh as when it left us. That’s why we use packaging and delivery times that preserve freshness and quality. Our Á la Wine & Cheese Carte pairings and Club shipments are packed with frozen gel ice in an insulated bag. We follow HAACP food quality and safety guidelines to preserve freshness and quality of your gourmet food items and to assure that your order arrives in perfect condition.

Our Green Pledge
Without a healthy planet, we might not be able to enjoy great artisan cheeses and delicious wines from fantastic vineyards. That’s why Pairings Wine & Cheese is committed to maximizing our environmentally friendly ‘green’ impact and minimizing any negative impacts on the environment.

All of our wine and cheese shipments are packed with care using materials and containers made from 100% recyclable materials that can be used again to help protect the environment. By choosing these environmentally friendly products we are diverting waste fiber from landfill or incineration, displacing alternative products that are not biodegradable, using renewable and sustainable resources and providing you with recycling options.

Our À la Wine & Cheese Carte pairings and Club shipments are packed with frozen gel ice in an insulated bag, both of which can be used for picnics and other activities that require safe transport of food.

We offset 100% of our carbon emissions with our membership in CarbonFund.org, the country’s leading carbon offset and carbon reduction organization.

Product Substitutions
In an effort to ensure an incredible experience, we pair our wine and cheese selections with great care. Each pairing undergoes a meticulous process to ensure that the selections complement one another for maximum enjoyment. Substituting one wine for another or one cheese for another may hinder our customers’ enjoyment. For this reason, we do not offer product substitutions. We thank you for your understanding.
