TAM (8 oz.) with the lush, elegant and smooth White Oak Vineyards 2005 Merlot Napa Valley and the semi-firm, creamy and complex Cowgirl Creamery PIERCE POINT (9 oz.) with the dry, fresh and bright Azur 2009 Sauvignon Blanc Napa Valley.
